Our pet sitters are experienced with administering medications including oral and topical, giving injections and subcutaneous fluids, and using inhalers, all at no additional charge.
We operate all year long including holidays. We do our very best to respond in a timely manner when the need for a pet sitter arises thus providing reliable care for your pet(s) while bringing you comfort and peace of mind.

Call, text, or email us to inquire about getting services for your pet(s). A pet sitter is chosen based upon your location, pet needs and personalities, and our sitter's expertise.
We coordinate a day and time to meet you and your pet(s) at your home. This meeting gives you the opportunity to introduce us to your pet(s), provide keys/codes to gain access to your home, review your expectations and address concerns.
You are set up with your own account access using the client portal to our database system. You can schedule/cancel your own services, pay invoices, enter/update personal and pet information that is important to the care of your pet(s) and home.
Your service consists of one or more visits in which your assigned sitter comes to your home and gives your pet(s) personal attention and love. Upon completion of each visit, a feedback is sent to you describing what occurred during the visit, your pet's behavior, and photos of your pet(s)!
Relaxing Vacation
You folks have been great, with the last minute arrangements and adding the extra visit. We had an enjoyable, relaxing few days away knowing she was well cared for.
First Time
This is our first time using a pet sitter and we are so pleased! We have 2 cats and 2 dogs and in NC, we had used kennels for the dogs and paid separately for someone to come to our house for the cats. With Trails End, all 4 are taken care of and the cost is less. I love that we can book from a phone and they send photos and updates with each visit. Prior to their first pet visit, they provided a home visit to meet the pets and learn about their care. Whether it’s a one time visit for a long day in DC or a week out of town, they are perfect!

Every day I get an update on my pets and a pic or two. They are brushed loved and fed. And my home looks lovely when I come home. My cats hardly seem to miss me.

Thank you so much. We are home safely and wish to commend you on a fantastic job of caring for everyone. Sydney ate a whole bowl of food when we got home. So I guess she was just pouting “I’m not eating until mom gets home😆. I’m not seeing any panting. She gets anxious easily…former abandoned shelter puppy. The cat looks fat and happy. You truly cared for them as your own. And it is a great comfort to me when I must leave them.

We are so pleased with your services and can’t thank you all enough for your quick responses, caring of the pets and clean ups from messes and the kindhearted folks you have working for you. We are VERY impressed and could NOT ask for any better. We thought for sure between Stanley and his issues and then dealing with a puppy we didn’t think anyone would want to take it on and stick with it. We are just very very happy. I think other sitters would do bare minimum to get by and you guys go above and beyond, so thank you for all your hard work. It definitely shows!!!
