We coordinate a day and time to meet you and your pet(s). This meeting gives you the opportunity to introduce us to your pet(s), show you our environment and address your concerns.
You are set up with your own account access using the client portal to our database system. You can schedule/cancel your own services, pay invoices, enter/update personal and pet information that is important to the care of your pet(s).
Upon completion of daycare or each evening (if boarding), a feedback is sent to you with photos of your pet(s) and any daily updates regarding their stay!
Daisy's 2nd Home
I can’t say enough incredible things about Aimee and Steve! We are a military family that moves constantly so it can be hard to find people you trust with your “babies”. We have a 5 month old lab puppy that is still figuring out the world. She is a little timid at first but I loved how understanding both Aimee and Steve are. Daisy has done doggy daycare and they were AMAZING about making sure the class wasn’t too big and the right dogs were matched together. They planned ahead knowing Daisy was coming and had a calm dog paired to slowly integrate her into the pack. Daisy is currently in training and both Aimee and Steve were interested and willing to continue her training while under their supervision! Steve has a very calming approach with the dogs and Daisy really took to him. Aimee has so much patience with not only the dogs but also me! She was willing to answer all of my questions, concerns and never made me feel uneasy. You can tell how much they BOTH love the pets they care for. After having several successful doggy daycare days we opted to board her with them. We received updates and pictures of her “sleepover” with her friends! I knew Daisy was in great hands. They even did an adorable paw print picture that I will cherish forever! I jokingly say that we are now co-parenting together because that’s how amazing they have been with her. I selfishly want to keep them to myself but I also know they deserve all the praise in the world! I don’t consider them a “boarding facility”, more like a 2nd home.
Best Daycare
I’ve been bringing my very energetic, very separation-anxious doggo to Trail’s End for daycare once or twice a week for the last few months and it’s been amazing! She gets to play all day while I’m at work and I get to know she’ll be safe and cared for. The dogs get to be out and about either in the house or in one of the play yards, so I’m not paying to have her sit in a crate at someone else’s house, which is exactly what I wanted. She gets human attention, dog socialization, and gourmet treats (and nearly 30,000 steps in 8 hours, according to her Fi). Plus I get pictures at the end of every day, so I get to see all the fun she had while she was there! Everyone there is wonderful and she’s always so excited to see them when she gets out of the car. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
Long Day Lifesaver
This doggie daycare / boarding facility is fantastic! They give daily updates with cute pictures of my pup living her best life! They are very accommodating and are even open during the holidays. I also use their drop off service which has been invaluable as I work 12 hour shifts. My pup is so excited for her daycare days especially when she gets to play with her best friend Teddy!

Genuine Care
We had a wonderful experience with Trails End Pet Sitting while they cared for our bird. They did an amazing job making sure she was well taken care of, comfortable, and loved while we were away. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in good hands. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they look after, and that means so much to us.
